Our Recruitment Process
We aim to limit our process to these five stages

Once you submit your application it will be reviewed by our recruitment team to assess if your background and experience is a fit against our recruitment aims

We’ll schedule a short early chat with you to get an initial view of how well we are fit for each other

We will schedule a formal remote interview primarily to assess the alignment of your skills with our emerging needs

It is important to us that you are the right fit for Blueprint and that we are the right fit for you. This stage will include face to face activities including interview, scenario-based questions and practical elements. In most cases, we will aim to complete all interviews and related testing in a single day

Once we make a conditional offer, we will move to clearance and reference checklist that includes some initial onboarding activities, making this stage as quick and easy as possible
