We will schedule a formal remote interview primarily to assess the alignment of your skills with our emerging needs

It is important to us that you are the right fit for Blueprint and that we are the right fit for you. This stage will include face to face activities including interview, scenario-based questions and practical elements. In most cases, we will aim to complete all interviews and related testing in a single day

Once we make a conditional offer, we will move to clearance and reference checks that include some initial onboarding activities, making this stage as quick and easy as possible
