Values are easy to have until they are tested by reality. As a company, what makes us different is that we rarely take the easy way out and we want to keep our growing team true to this ethos. We recognise that companies and people all have different values and there is no right answer. We do seek similar values and culture in our team

We cut through the complexity to focus on the difference to end operations and the public. We value the role we can play in facilitating and unpicking blockers for change as an external agent, even when this means difficult conversations with stakeholders.

We are driven by making an impact both within our paid services and through voluntary activities. We celebrate where we can see we’ve made a difference. If we aren’t making an end difference we change it. We agree a level of time and financial commitment across the business to commit to our own activities.

Our team draws experience from a wide range of geographies, industry sectors and organisation cultures, and we know from this that there is rarely a single right answer or approach to the challenges our clients face.

We seek a fair price for the services we offer. For work we’ve won we continue to seek ways to add value and provide service. We don’t coast, bloat or knowledge hoard on a contract. If we can’t add value (after innovation and perseverance to do so), we seek graceful exit/knowledge handover to client.

We work as a team with a mix of skills that need to work together to deliver value. Learning and change as an organisation is key to the way we work.
