Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement
Last Updated: December 2025
This statement was approved by the directors of BlueprintCo Ltd and will be reviewed annually.
-
BlueprintCo. is committed to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking have no place in our business or supply chain. Although our turnover falls below the threshold requiring a statement under Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we publish this statement voluntarily as part of our commitment to ethical business practices.
-
Our supply chain is limited in scope. It consists primarily of:
A small number of associate consultants and subject matter experts engaged on specific contracts
Standard business services (IT, accountancy, insurance, payroll)
Office supplies and equipment
We do not operate in sectors or geographies typically associated with high modern slavery risk.
-
Due diligence: We assess the risk of modern slavery when engaging new suppliers and subcontractors.
Contracts: Our contractual arrangements require compliance with all applicable laws, including the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Awareness: Our team is made aware of modern slavery indicators and the obligation to report concerns.
Reporting: Any concerns about modern slavery can be raised through our internal grievance process or directly with a company director.
-
Given the nature, scale, and structure of our business and supply chain, we assess our exposure to modern slavery risk as low. We will keep this assessment under review as the business grows.
